Pricing

Two types of pricing are available to you as required. I will be pleased to meet with you at your office to evaluate the project and determine the optimal pricing. You can also contact me by phone or videoconference.

Hourly tariff

Hourly pricing is offered for all ad hoc needs in administrative support, graphics design and page layout.

Different hourly rates are offered depending on the type of work to be performed.

A minimum of one hour is charged for work performed within one hour.

Lump sum per project

For large projects, a lump sum is established following an evaluation of the work to be carried out.

A preliminary meeting will be held to evaluate the best pricing methodology according to the project requested.

It should be noted that any additional costs incurred in connection with a requested work such as mailings, messaging, copies, travel, purchase of a specific application software, etc., will be charged in addition to the hours worked. For large amounts, approval will be sought in advance.
